Amazon Is Tracking E-Book Passages Highlighted by Kindle Users

If this is true, and let me see, it is true because I can see them right here, then it's already 1984, and Black is White, and War is Peace, and Private is Public.

Reminds me of when they yanked back a badly copyrighted version of, um, 1984, back in 2009. What is it with those guys? Who do they think they are, Google?  or TraceBook.
To my knowledge, nook & BN don't do this.
