Maybe there is some kind of blocking ray that would make price-checking apps get interference or something. I bet all the big box stores in my neighborhood would use it! Go, Target! This might be a competitive edge for B&N.

Target Pulls Kindles From Stores
Very interesting. They used to be partners. Now they are real competitors. We have people in the bookstore checking prices with their cellphones, then shopping at Amazon for the book. When I can, I tell them that shopping is not just about price anymore. Amazon, true to their name, seemingly wants to be the biggest, baddest retailer in the world, and if we keep shopping there, they will be. Oh, and then they won't have the lowest prices anymore... they'll have the only prices.
Maybe there is some kind of blocking ray that would make price-checking apps get interference or something. I bet all the big box stores in my neighborhood would use it! Go, Target! This might be a competitive edge for B&N.
